The Sigma Kappa Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and their Archonette Club hosted its 4th Zora Neale Hurston Biennial Oratorical Competition on February 4, 2017 at Westminster Bethany Presbyterian Church in Brooklyn, NY. The Tearte Family Foundation awarded a $1,000 scholarship to the competition’s winner.
